“Amanda Holden’s Husband Envious of Friendship with Alan Carr”

Amanda Holden’s spouse can feel envious of her close friendship with comedian Alan Carr, as revealed by the TV personality. Amanda, a judge on Britain’s Got Talent, has been married to music producer Chris Hughes since 2008. The couple, who have two daughters together, met in Los Angeles in 2003 and started dating a year later.

Despite their strong bond, Amanda, 54, disclosed that Chris sometimes experiences jealousy over her camaraderie with the 49-year-old comedian. This friendship has blossomed during their joint projects on home improvement and travel series. Alan even joined Amanda’s household for New Year’s Eve festivities.

During a podcast interview, Amanda mentioned that Chris had expressed his jealousy on a couple of occasions. Alan shared a funny anecdote from a past Christmas where Amanda playfully excluded Chris from a photo, emphasizing her strong bond with Alan. Amanda praised Chris as the “funniest man alive,” while Alan reminisced about their joint ventures in Italy and Spain.

Their latest project, “Amanda and Alan’s Greek Job,” takes them to Corfu, a destination Amanda cherishes for family holidays. The show’s success has seen them renovate properties in various European locations, with proceeds benefitting charity organizations. Amanda expressed her joy at turning their dream of filming in Greece into a reality.

“Amanda and Alan’s Greek Job” is set to air on BBC One at 7.30pm tonight. Viewers can catch the duo as they embark on their latest adventure in the beautiful Greek setting.
