Apple has introduced AppleCare One in the UK, a subscription service available for British customers with multiple Apple devices. Priced at £16.99 per month, AppleCare One covers up to three eligible devices such as iPhones, iPads, Macs, and Apple Watches. This service offers repairs for accidental damage, loss, or theft, with up to three replacement devices per year based on the claim type.
AppleCare One expands on the existing AppleCare+ benefits, including unlimited accidental damage repairs, battery servicing, and 24/7 priority access to Apple support. The key advantage is the ability to protect multiple products under a single subscription, potentially saving customers money compared to individual plans.
Customers can add devices up to four years old to the plan, as long as they are in good condition, surpassing the usual 60-day window for purchasing AppleCare+. The subscription also seamlessly adjusts when upgrading devices, automatically transferring coverage to the new device if purchased directly from Apple.
