Veterinarian Involved in Horse Kicking Video Found Deceased

A veterinarian, Dr. Shawn Frehner, whose actions were captured in a video showing him kicking a horse in the face, has been found deceased in a scenic park after being reported missing. The incident gained attention when footage of the veterinarian’s behavior went viral, causing public outrage.
