“Trump’s Bizarre Davos Speech Sparks Concerns”

Donald Trump criticized several countries, including the UK, Denmark, and Switzerland, in a lengthy and somewhat lethargic speech in Davos, sparking concerns about his well-being. During the address at the World Economic Forum, the US President struggled to maintain coherence, mentioning issues like windmills, Europe’s direction, and alleged election interference.

One of Trump’s focal points was Denmark, which he labeled as “ungrateful” for not handing over Greenland, a territory the US protected during World War II. Trump’s journey to Switzerland faced a setback when Air Force One had to turn back due to a minor electrical problem. Despite the delay, he eventually arrived in Davos but missed the usual photo opportunity for keynote speakers.

In his speech, Trump criticized the UK’s energy production and singled out windmills as “losers” bought by “stupid people.” He also made controversial remarks regarding Greenland, suggesting that Denmark should surrender ownership to the US due to historical reasons.

Throughout the speech, Trump exhibited signs of fatigue, with slurred speech and drooping eyelids, raising doubts about his ability to handle the demands of the presidency. Additionally, he recounted a dispute with Switzerland over tariffs on Rolex watches, implying that the country was taking advantage of the US.

In a lighter moment, Trump poked fun at French President Emmanuel Macron’s sunglasses, questioning their sudden appearance indoors. The French President had been wearing sunglasses indoors due to a reported eye condition.
