Prince Andrew’s eviction from Royal Lodge appeared imminent as removal vans arrived at the property, coinciding with workmen spotted at his rumored new residence. The large lorries were observed at the 30-room Windsor mansion in the morning, while workers were seen at a property in Sandringham.
Sources indicated that Andrew’s relocation to the King’s private estate in Norfolk could occur by the end of the month. Following recent revelations regarding his connection to Jeffrey Epstein, the Duke has been compelled to relinquish the lease of his current mansion. Criticism arose over his nominal rent for the spacious property.
His upcoming move to the King’s private Sandringham estate is expected to be to Marsh Farm, a property undergoing renovations for his occupancy.
Today, technicians from Sky were photographed at Marsh Farm installing what is believed to be Sky Broadband in preparation for Andrew’s arrival. A worker, identifiable by a Sky VIP Team jacket, was seen ascending a ladder to inspect the roof. Sky membership options range from £15 to £35 per month, with additional features like Sky Steam and Sky Sports packages.
The property, situated approximately seven miles from the main Sandringham House, now falls within an extended no-fly zone covering the royal estate.
The smaller residence comprises a main house, but reports suggest that the two reception rooms and kitchen require significant refurbishment. Buckingham Palace declined to confirm whether this would serve as Andrew’s new residence.
In late October, the King officially stripped Andrew of his HRH style, prince title, and dukedom due to his “serious lapses” in judgment. This decision followed the release of documents from Epstein’s estate and a posthumous memoir by Virginia Giuffre, who accused Andrew of misconduct. Despite denying any wrongdoing, Andrew’s ties with Epstein have been scrutinized.
Notably, Sarah Ferguson, Andrew’s ex-wife, will not be relocating with him to the new property, where she had been residing at Royal Lodge. Ferguson’s future residence remains uncertain, with speculation suggesting she may settle in the Windsor area or closer to their daughters, Princess Beatrice or Princess Eugenie.
A close associate revealed to The Sun that Andrew is moving out sooner than anticipated, aiming to start anew before his birthday in February. This move signifies a separation from Ferguson after almost two decades of shared living, except for co-parenting responsibilities.
