A recent ITV documentary highlights the flaws in the initial Portuguese investigation into Maddie’s case, shedding light on Brueckner’s hidden criminal activities.
Criminologist Dr. Graham Hill, specializing in child abduction and murder cases, revisits Praia da Luz to unravel Brueckner’s past actions and his connection to Maddie’s disappearance. Four years after Maddie went missing, Brueckner relocated to Germany, where a coworker at his store reportedly heard him make alarming statements about Maddie.
In a separate development, a former inmate of Brueckner disclosed that the suspect confessed to abducting a child in Portugal. The inmate claimed Brueckner mentioned raping young girls near Hanover and inquiring about sniffer dogs detecting buried children’s bones.
Additionally, the documentary reveals shocking discoveries at an abandoned warehouse owned by Brueckner, including a bag of USB sticks containing disturbing child abuse footage.
