“Manhunt in NSW for Alleged Triple Killer”

Authorities in New South Wales, Australia, are on a manhunt for Julian Ingram, also known as Pierpoint, after he allegedly killed three individuals, including his pregnant ex-partner. The tragic incident occurred in Lake Cargelligo on January 22.

Julian Ingram had previously been granted bail for domestic violence charges before the shooting took place. The victims have been identified as Sophie Quinn, 24, and John Harris, 32, who were shot while driving in Lake Cargelligo. The shooting occurred around 4:30 pm on Bokhara Street. Ingram then proceeded to a residence in the town where he shot Sophie’s aunt, Nerida Quinn, 50, and also injured Kaled Macqueen, 19.

Kaled Macqueen was taken to the hospital in a serious but stable condition. Ingram had a history of assaulting Quinn, for which he was previously charged with stalking and common assault. Despite pleading not guilty, he was due to appear in court on February 3.

Authorities have confirmed that Ingram had a domestic relationship with one of the victims and emphasized that he did not possess a gun license. Police are actively seeking Ingram, describing him as being of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander appearance, approximately 165cm-170cm tall, with a medium build, short dark hair, and brown eyes.

Ingram was last seen driving a Ford Ranger utility with NSW registration DM-07-GZ, which is characterized by council signage, a metal tray back, high visibility markings on the side, and an emergency light bar on the roof. A significant police presence is currently in Lake Cargelligo, with 100 officers searching for the suspect. Residents are urged to stay indoors, avoid windows, and report any suspicious activity to the police.

Assistant Commissioner Andy Holland expressed the impact of the tragic events on the small community of Lake Cargelligo, emphasizing the need for vigilance and cooperation in apprehending the suspect.
