Jim Carrey Marries Partner Min Ah in Secret Ceremony

Canadian actor and comedian Jim Carrey has recently gotten married to Min Ah, his partner whom he introduced to the public earlier this year. During the César Film Awards ceremony in Paris, France, where Carrey was receiving an award, he referred to Min Ah as his “sublime companion,” expressing his love for her in French and describing her as an angel.

Carrey, aged 64, is known for keeping his personal life out of the spotlight, and not much information is available about his new wife, who is reported to be 32 years old, exactly half his age. Photos of the couple leaving a benefit show in 2022 suggest that they have been in a relationship for several years.

The couple exchanged vows in a private ceremony in Los Angeles, as confirmed by TMZ. Carrey’s spokesperson, when approached by CBC News, only confirmed the marriage without providing further details. This marks Carrey’s third marriage.

Previously, Carrey was married to Melissa Womer from 1987 to 1993, with whom he shares a daughter named Jane Erin Carrey. His second marriage was to Lauren Holly, a co-star from “Dumb and Dumber,” which ended in divorce within a year. Carrey also dated Renee Zellweger after working together on “Me, Myself, and Irene” in 1999, and in his book “Memoirs and Misinformation,” he referred to her as his “last great love.” Additionally, Carrey had a long-term relationship with U.S. actor and model Jenny McCarthy from 2005 to 2010.

The newlyweds were accompanied by Carrey’s daughter Jane and grandson Jackson at the César Film Awards in Paris, where Carrey expressed his love for his family in French.
