“From Mucky Mansion to Marvelous Makeover: Transformation Unveiled”

The Mucky Mansion formerly owned by Katie Price has undergone a remarkable transformation by its new owner, James Mercer. The West Sussex property, which was repossessed due to missed payments, was sold for £1.15 million. Katie Price, the previous owner, described the house as “hell” and spoke of the challenges she faced while living there. However, aerial photos now show significant progress in the renovation, with scaffolding around the property and improvements to the roof, doors, windows, and exterior walls.

Despite criticisms of her current rented home being dubbed another Mucky Mansion, Katie Price defended herself, clarifying that any clutter seen outside was temporary Christmas waste awaiting collection. She emphasized that the property is well-maintained, denying claims of neglect.

Katie Price, who sold the mansion in December 2024 to settle debts, expressed relief at leaving the property due to the negative impact it had on her mental health. Her daughter, Princess Andre, also shared her unsettling memories of the house, describing it as a scary place with unsettling experiences. Katie even believed the house was haunted, recounting incidents involving her son’s aversion to a particular room due to a perceived ghostly presence.

The ongoing transformation of the Mucky Mansion reflects a positive change under the new ownership, indicating a bright future for the once-troubled property.
