Named the ‘Family Fallout Refund’, this policy guarantees that holiday plans won’t be disrupted by family conflicts. Family disagreements are common and not exclusive to celebrities. On the Beach’s new clause is applicable to family vacations with five or more individuals and requires a claim to be submitted at least 60 days before departure. In addition to the ‘Beckham Clause’, various free perks are being offered on holiday bookings for 2026, including free lounge access, gadget insurance, weather protection, Amazon vouchers, and mobile data. The accommodation cost refund for a withdrawing family member will be processed upon contacting On the Beach via chat and providing the necessary information. This policy applies to bookings made before August 31, 2026, with a 60-day cancellation notice required. Terms and conditions, excluding cancellation fees for hotels, will be in accordance with On the Beach’s standard policies.
