Glassdoor has announced the recipients of its Employees’ Choice Awards 2026, which are determined by feedback from employees themselves.
Securing the top spot is the software engineering company SAP, where senior-level account executives can earn between £57,000 and £89,000.
SAP stands out for its accommodating work hours, generous holiday allowances, state-of-the-art technology, and emphasis on maintaining a healthy work-life balance for employees.
In second place is Mastercard, recognized for its inclusive workforce, exceptional benefits package, and promotion of a flexible work environment that supports remote work.
Managerial roles at Mastercard come with salaries ranging from £65,000 to £80,000.
